Get more response on your response pages

Here are some helpful basics for your landing pages from the VerticalResponse blog. These can really boost response rates: 5 Ways to Get More Action from Your Call-to-Action:

  1. Make It a Button. (Buttons get a lot more clicks than text links.)
  2. Include a Sense of Urgency. (As Give now, not just Give.)
  3. Use Contrasting Colors. (Make it stand out from everything else. Sorry, brand sticklers.)
  4. Size Matters. (Big enough to be seen.)
  5. Keep it Short and Sweet. (2-4 words, not a sentence.)

What this blog is about

The future of fundraising is not about social media, online video, or SEM. It’s not about any technology, medium, or technique. It’s about donors. If you need to raise funds from donors, you need to study them, respect them, and build everything you do around them. And the future? It’s already here. More.
