What’s wrong with your donation form?

Don’t miss this post from the Nonprofit Trends blog: 5 Donation Form Bad Practices. These five bad practices are dismayingly common on nonprofit donation pages:

  1. Using Only One Donation Form
  2. Using Only an Empty Box for Giving Amounts
  3. Requiring All Donors to Register to Donate
  4. Using a Donation Form that Scrolls and Scrolls and Scrolls and Scrolls
  5. Not having a Mobile Friendly Donation Form

If your website contains any of these errors, you are losing donors and donations. So get busy right now and fix it!

What this blog is about

The future of fundraising is not about social media, online video, or SEM. It’s not about any technology, medium, or technique. It’s about donors. If you need to raise funds from donors, you need to study them, respect them, and build everything you do around them. And the future? It’s already here. More.
