Every piece of effective writing goes through a “mess” stage.
We try and try to skip that stage and go straight to final draft.
That seldom works.
Let the mess happen! It’s the best way forward.
The best ideas happen from my messes. And if I *don’t* let myself make a mess, I get nowhere.
Get messy!
